Starbucks, Chicago, IL

This uniquely designed Starbucks store is located within the busy retail arcade level of the 300 East Randolph Building. Two sides of the store are exposed to heavy foot traffic generated by an adjacent pedestrian circulation corridor that parallels its south and west sides. zpd+a worked with the Starbucks Store Design team to develop pedestrian access routes and interior store queuing plans that enhanced customer circulation within the limits of the store's interior footprint.

Working closely with the Starbucks design and project management team members, the landlord and the general contractor, zpd+a facilitated a series of design workshops that enabled all project stakeholders to attain their stated project goals within a very aggressive budget. The project was completed on time and under budget.
